Rates & Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
Telma Grant Physio & Sports Therapy
Physiotherapy patients who do not provide 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment will be charged a Missed Appointment Fee:
- $89.00 for a Missed Treatment Appointment
- $130.00 for a Missed Assessment Appointment
If you are late for any appointment, we will try to fit you in. However, if we cannot accommodate you, your late arrival will be considered a missed appointment and you will be charged the corresponding Missed Appointment Fee.
Please note that missed appointment fees are not covered by insurance or OHIP.

Our regular Physiotherapy rates are
- Assessment: $130.00
- Treatment: $89.00
- Acupuncture: $99.00
